What this file can do
Read and filter the embedded research, track your reading list, save personal notes, compare reported incidents, model illustrative service dependencies, prepare household supplies and export data. It works locally without a server or account.
What it cannot do
It cannot fetch or verify fresh incidents by itself, automatically update the snapshot, check source links in the background, or give a live national threat level. The external monitoring feeds open separately.
Evidence policy
An incident tagged “Confirmed” means its occurrence is evidenced, not that every impact figure, attribution or technical theory is verified. Actor claims, victim estimates and unknowns stay distinguished in each dossier.
